Le Président de la République ne peut exiger le départ des Conseillers déjà assermentés du CEP. Seule un retrait volontaire de ces derniers est souhaitable. Le Parlement reste encore l'élément de blocage dans la mise en place du CEP (PERMANANT). Nos Sénateurs savent quoi faire pour trouver le quorum pour une interpellation éventuelle du Premier Ministre alors qu' ils sont et seront en panne de quorum pour le choix de leurs représentants au CEP, ou bien savent quoi faire pour piéger la Présidence. La balle est dans leur camp. Nommer vos représentants pour une sortie honorable. Les trois conseillers sortants auront bien mérité de la Nation.

It i so annoying for all haitians who wants to be informed and are unable to do so.  We're so far behind why can we get a television channel capable of gettng the news on time?  so many of us would love to watch the carnaval des fleurs now.  i hope someday there will be some change, with so much advanced technology in place what seems to be the problem?
